Docbloc has a dedicated support panel available with user guides, contact forms, community discussions and feature requests, we aim to respond to all bug reports within 48 hours and all feature requests within 30 days.

We are currently building out public api's that developers will be able to signup for, and while its not possible to contribute to the app itself we welcome any integrations with 3rd party systems and services, see our documentation section for more.

We take this on a case by case basis so please get in touch to discuss.

General Questions

While in beta Docbloc and all features are free to use, once the app is ready a paid tier with extra features and functionality will be available.

The pro plan will give you extra Docbloc features such as project versioning, advanced private doc features and more.

We are currently working on ways to make the documentation layout more customisable as well as creating new themes for pro and regular clients.

We do not usually provide training unless it's for corporate clients with a large user base. We do however provide guides on all aspects of the editor; Please see the user guides section.
